Additional fees for CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations may include:
$150.00 administration fee for processing credit transfer application
$135.00 per unit of competency if the student is required to complete additional classroom-based training

The primary role of a Control Room Operator is to support clients, security officers and staff who are working in a large complex. In the event of an emergency the control room operator will liaise with the emergency response units and officers on the ground. Major employers of control room operators are:
- transport departments
- shopping centres
23 days (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) Weekdays – 3 days a week

In addition to meeting the requirements for CPP20212 Certificate II in Security Operations, completing this training program will contribute towards licensed outcomes in Victoria for a Control Room Operator.

CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations will prepare you for real-life experiences and will provide a healthy income for those that gain employment within the Security Industry. Control Room operators can expect an income of $25 – $55 per hour.
