The course covers surveillance techniques and circumstantial investigating, the two primary methods of gathering information within the private investigator industry. Upon completion you will understand the techniques and methodology to plan and carry out covert and overt operations as a private investigator.

Career Outcomes

Qualified Private Investigators have the opportunity to work in multiple industries and with multiple identities. The investigator’s role is an exciting career option, as you can work undercover to determine possible foul play. This can be in construction, government, council or private organisations. Investigators may need to work in a team trying to determine if there are unlawful activities taking place within an industry, as well as private, sector.

Outcomes

CPP30607 Certificate III in Investigative Services will prepare you for real life experiences and will provide a healthy income for those that gain employment within the Security Industry.

Private Investigators can expect and income of $35 – $120 per hour.
